Its offset design allows it to fit all boat trailers, holding tires at an angle. The carrier accommodates tires up to 16 inches in size, with 4, 5, or 6-hole bolt patterns, and a lug distance between 4.5 and 5 inches on center. However, 6-hole patterns will only utilize two lugs on the spare tire carrier.

The included hardware kit fits both 3-inch and 4-inch trailer frames. For 5-inch trailer frames, the Extreme Max hardware kit 3001.0077 (sold separately) is required. This tire carrier is not intended for use on trailers that will come into contact with saltwater or brackish water.

The stud size for this tire carrier is 1/2-20 x 45. It also comes with a no-hassle two-year replacement warranty, ensuring a worry-free experience for the user.
